Vehicle Crashes into the Cache County Jail

Early this morning, Kenneth Romine, age 49, from Logan, Utah, had a medical event while operating his vehicle in the Cache County Jail parking lot. This resulted in him driving through the security fence and crashing his vehicle into the jail wall.
